Ostara Spring Equinox Candles Loaded Tea Light

Each order will contain 4 meticulously crafted handmade white base tea light UNSCENTED candles. Ostara falls on or around March 20th in the Northern Hemisphere and September 21st in the Southern Hemisphere each year.

What is in the candle? Each tea light is a white unscented candle fixed and dressed with pink and purple wax filled with genuine Peridot, Amethyst and Rose Quartz crystal chips and Ostara themed charm along with pink, teal, and purple glitter. 

🐇🌺 Ostara marks the moment in the wheel of the year where the light that was rekindled at Yule balances the darkness… and then overtakes it. As the spark of Imbolc develops and grows, the season turns into Spring. It’s not surprising then, that the symbols of this pagan holiday that celebrate the Anglo-Saxon goddess of the dawn Eostre/Ostara, include eggs, rabbits, flowers, buds, and seasonal fruits. Ostara is the spring fertility festival that honors Eostre, goddess of the dawn. (Her name means East, from where the sun rises.) It’s a time to plant the seeds for what you want to grow throughout the year.

These Tea Light candles are made from the highest quality Palm Wax. Palm wax is made from the fruit of palm oil trees, which are typically found in Southeast Asia and South America. Palm oil is a renewable resource. Palm wax has a high melting point, so candles made from this material burn longer and are more cost-effective. 

Since they are naturally made, they also burn cleanly and don’t send toxic chemicals into the atmosphere. Each tealight has a burn time of approximately 4-6 hours (will vary longer or shorter depending on the dressings). The 100% cotton lead free wick provides a clean and smokeless burn. Palm Wax is vegan. 

🕯️ Candle Safety and Care: Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4”. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Be aware that the herbs can cause the flame to burn high and should be monitored at all times. Remove flowers, decorations and or herbs from the candle to prevent fire. Always place candles on a heat resistant surface and avoid drafty areas when burning. Do not place candles near flammable objects and keep away from reach of children and pets. Please make sure the flame is extinguished fully and the wax has cooled and solidified before moving the candle. Always remove flammable objects from the candle prior to use. Please burn your candles responsibly and under close care at all times to avoid a potentially hazardous situation. If the candle extinguishes immediately and or will not stay lit please remove some of the stones or decorations to avoid overloading the wick. All sales are final due to nature of the product and orders can not be cancelled once placed.
